Dripsy Connect is available exclusively to licensed registered nurses and licensed paramedics. All Dripsy Pro plan fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation date. A one-time Activation & Territory Fee is required at enrollment; this fee is non-refundable and includes a $500 supply credit. Territory assignments are based on availability and are not guaranteed until an application is approved. Access to protocols, training materials, supplies, and platform tools is determined by the selected tier, and Dripsy reserves the right to adjust service menus, pricing structures, or commission rates at any time with notice. Tier upgrades or downgrades may affect access to certain services, commission eligibility, and program permissions. Certain services require telehealth clearance and may not be performed without proper authorization. All Dripsy Pros must comply with Dripsy clinical protocols, branding guidelines, documentation requirements, and ongoing compliance standards, including maintaining active licensure and malpractice insurance. Failure to meet these obligations may result in suspension or termination of platform access. Participation in the Dripsy Connect program does not create an employment relationship; all Dripsy Pros operate as independent contractors.
